The simple idea

An ad starts a conversation. Your page and your reply need to carry it forward.

Does the next page match the ad?

Imagine seeing an ad for a cabinet painting service, tapping it, and landing on a page about general home repairs. You might wonder whether you reached the right business.

Now imagine the page starts with cabinet painting, shows a clearly labeled example, and explains how to request a quote. You don’t have to hunt for the reason you clicked.

That’s the first check. Read your ad, then open the page it leads to. Are they talking about the same service? Does the page answer the question the ad raised?

Give the visitor one obvious next step

For some businesses, that’s a call. For others, it’s asking for an estimate or choosing an appointment. Choose the step that fits the service.

If you need to see a property before giving a price, say that. A button saying “Ask for a visit” can be more honest than one promising an instant quote you can’t provide.

Check this on your phone. Can you read the page and find the button without zooming or searching?

Try the part after the form

Send a clearly marked test request. Does it arrive where someone will see it? Does the visitor get an accurate message about what happens next?

Also check who answers. If two people think the other person is handling new enquiries, a working form can still lead to a missed opportunity.

Keep a simple record of where requests came from and which became real conversations. A large visitor count alone won’t tell you whether the ad brought the right people.

Bring the whole path into the conversation

You may still decide to run more ads. But first, make sure the people who already arrive have a clear way forward.

Praxen Business can help connect the page, the request, and the follow-up where your tools support it. Bring an example ad and the page it opens. We can walk through them together and identify what needs attention.

Where do people go after they click?
