Choosing a service, planning the work and understanding what to confirm before you begin.

Choosing services

Where should I start?

Start with the business goal: a website for your online presence, software for a defined internal process or customer portal, a standalone AI agent for one focused service, or an automation plan for coordinated inquiries and follow-up. Graphic design and print are scoped separately.

Do I need both an AI agent and an automation plan?

Not for capabilities already included in your plan. Capture includes chat; Convert includes chat and voice; Scale adds agreed workflows. Existing-client upgrades are quoted for incremental implementation. Metered usage still applies.

Is the free business checkup an automated audit?

It starts a practical conversation about your business, goals and challenges. The request form prepares an email draft for you to review and send from your email app. It does not provide an instant score or automatically submit a request.

Process & timelines

How does a project begin?

Share your goals and current tools. Website work moves through a brief, design review and launch approval. Software work starts by defining a written scope and first version, with a working-demo review. AI and automation require agreement on supported systems, scope and rules before activation.

How long will it take?

The service pages do not publish a universal turnaround commitment. Share your deadline and ask for the project schedule in your proposal. Print pricing, availability and timing are confirmed individually.

Can you connect our existing tools?

Connections depend on supported interfaces, permissions, vendor requirements and the agreed scope. Compatibility with every system is not guaranteed. Confirm required integrations before activation or development.

What to prepare

What should I bring to the first conversation?

For a website, share your business goals, audience, existing site, logo, copy and images. For software or automation, describe the process and current tools. For graphic design, provide final wording and the logo/images to use, plus your deadline. For print, include product, quantity, size, finish and required date.

Should I send passwords or sensitive records in an inquiry?

No. The AI and automation inquiry forms ask you not to include patient or client records, passwords or other sensitive information. Discuss access requirements separately.

Revisions & changes

How many revisions are included?

Graphic design includes two consolidated revision rounds; exact deliverables and concept count are specified in the quote. The site does not state a universal revision allowance for every service. Website monthly allowances cover edits to existing content. Confirm project-specific review rounds before starting.

What if the scope changes?

New software features or expanded requirements are separately scoped and quoted. Graphic-design resizing, file repair, extra revisions and a new direction are $125/hour, with an estimate and approval before work. AI/automation support and change-request scope are defined in your proposal.

Prices & payments

Are starting prices the final cost?

No. Software and design starting prices depend on scope. A Custom Agent starts at the listed amount and is scoped individually. Website and automation plans have stated allowances and separate-cost items. Your written proposal confirms the agreed deliverables and applicable costs.

How are software payments structured?

Software build milestones are 40% at start, 30% at the agreed working demo, and 30% at acceptance and handover, with a written scope. These milestones are not stated as universal terms for other services. Confirm other payment schedules in the relevant quote.

What is the website commitment?

A 12-month initial term applies, followed by month-to-month service subject to the written agreement. Early cancellation, renewal pricing and transfer terms are confirmed in the written proposal before signup. The site does not publish a universal refund policy.

What costs extra for AI and automation?

Phone, SMS, email and other metered usage cost extra, with applicable rates confirmed before activation. Each plan covers one business location; additional locations and complex integrations are quoted separately.

Does preparing an inquiry send it or take payment?

Website, software, AI, automation and graphic-design inquiries prepare an email draft for you to review and send. The print brief is a local preview/download and sends or uploads nothing. A quote request does not start a subscription or take payment.

Support & ownership

What happens after launch?

Website plans include maintenance and their stated monthly existing-content edit allowances. Optional software care has defined labor allowances, including all maintenance/support labor; new features and hosting/database/AI/API/paid services are extra. AI and automation support is defined in the proposal. No universal response-time or uptime commitment is published.

Will I own the work and receive editable files?

Software source-file access, ownership, export and platform-transfer arrangements depend on the platform and written proposal. Graphic-design print-ready exports and editable sources are supplied only as agreed. Website transfer terms are confirmed before signup. Ask for the specific rights and handover deliverables you need; the site does not make a blanket ownership promise.
